Snapchat Ads - Integration Guide

In order to integrate Snapchat Ads, you only need to fulfill a single field. The following steps will show you where to find your Ad Account ID. The field needed to integrate is the following:

• Ad Account ID

  • The ID of the Snapchat Ad account you use to create ads and audiences.

Step 1. Navigate to Snapchat Ads settings.

• Go to your Snapchat Ad account and log into the account you use for Snapchat marketing.

   

Step 2. Find Snapchat Ad Account ID.

• Navigate to the Ad Accounts tab.

• Find the ad account you would like to integrate and copy the entire ID.

Step 3. Integrate on Custimy.

• Navigate to the Custimy app and go to the Integrations page.

• Select the Snapchat integration.

• Insert the Ad Account copied from earlier step in the the Ad Account ID field.

• Click Connect.

Step 4. Connect Custimy to Snapchat.

• After clicking connect you will be directed to the Snapchat integration page, click through the integration to allow Custimy to create and update audiences in your ad account.

• After completing integration you will be redirected back to Custimy, please wait for a confirmation. If an error occurs, repeat the guide step-by-step or reach out to our support.

You can now use the Snapchat integration on the Custimy Activations page to automatically synchronize your Custimy audiences to your Snapchat Ad Account!
