The Experiments feature allows you to split-test your already existing business operations and new business decisions.

Purpose:
To view the impact of discount codes - are they actually contributing additional revenue?
Setup:
Create three experiment groups:
- Group A: Receives discount (20%)
- Group B (Control Group): Receives the normal flow (60%)
- Group C: Does not receive a discount (20%)
Channel: Your email provider, e.g. Klaviyo, Drip etc.
Experiment runtime: Let the experiment run for 3-6 months.
Next step:
1. Save the experiment
The groups will now be sent to your channel*
2. Create two similar mails
One mail for Group A containing the discount code.
A second mail for Group C, similar to the first mail, but with no discount code.
3. Start experiment
Go to your experiment in Custimy and click start, this will start collecting the data.
4. Sit back and observe
Let the experiment run. Make sure to check in once every other week to observe performance.
